GARBAGE COLLECTION IN THE PARISH

The Natchitoches Parish Police Jury has contracted the collection and disposal of parish garbage to IESI.  You can reach IESI at 356-0000.  IESI also operates the Landfill Compactor Station which can be reached at 352-0871.

GARBAGE TYPES AND WHERE TO DUMP THEM

  • Large appliances must be dumped at the Landfill Compactor Station only

  • Tires must be dumped at the Landfill Compactor Station only, with a limit of 5 tires per customer per day (no rims)

  • Wood waste must be dumped at the Landfill Limb Pit only

  • Construction debris must be dumped at the Landfill Limb Pit only

  • If you live within the city limits of Natchitoches, or live outside the parish, or are a builder/contractor, YOU MUST DUMP AT THE LANDFILL COMPACTOR STATION.

  • All other garbage types can be dumped any of the sites listed below

NO FEES FOR PARISH RESIDENTS (OUTSIDE THE NATCHITOCHES CITY LIMITS)

There is NO CHARGE to dump at any dumping sites if:

  • You ARE a Natchitoches Parish resident

  • You DO NOT reside within the Natchitoches city limits or in another parish

  • You ARE NOT a builder/contractor

FEE INFORMATION AND PAYMENT TERMS FOR NON-PARISH RESIDENTS AND BUILDERS/CONTRACTORS

If you live within the city limits of Natchitoches, or live outside the parish, or are a builder/contractor, YOU MUST DUMP AT THE LANDFILL COMPACTOR STATION.  You will be charged the fees as indicated below.  If you do not have an account with IESI or the City of Natchitoches, you are required to pay by check or credit card.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

LANDFILL LIMB PIT INFORMATION AND FEES

The Natchtoches Parish Police Jury Highway Department runs the limb pit, which is located at the landfill compactor station. It is for wood waste and construction debris.  If you live within the city limits of Natchitoches, or live outside the parish, or are a builder/contractor, the fees are as follows:
